There's no real strategy to crypto, if you want to hold for the future find some good technologies with reliable dev teams and an active community behind them, with a platform that actually serves a purpose.

ie:
GNT (Super computing)
XMR (Completely private/secure cryptocurrency)
WAVES
UBIQ(severely underpriced for the value proposition currently)

If you want to make big profits in a short amount of time, join a pump and dump group and sell early. There's literally no crystal ball to tell the future on which crypto is going to rise in the matter of a day unless you're in a pump and dump group, anyone who tells you different is lying to you or shilling.

Lastly, always be checking the news and create newsbooks of different sites and constantly f5 for new discoveries that could drive hype. For instance, I made a killing when I was up late and noticed Dennis Rodman wearing the potcoin T-Shirt.
