first install a metamask wallet on a SECURE browser: get it on firefox and bombard it with privacy badger, decentraleyes, ublock origin first. Make sure to get the extension from metamask.io.

Next send some ether there that you are willing to swap. Then go on uniswap.org and convert eth to prq (paste the contract code from etherscan.io just search parsiq)

Next make sure to leave enough gas in your wallet at all times because every swap costs gas (ether) and metamask is an ethereum wallet. You will have transaction fees swapping to parsiq and then you need to save some to swap it back. Make sure to save like .05 ETH for this so convert all ether but that to parsiq. Make sure you look up some guides online about gas and what GWei. You find the current GWei price on etherscan.io. When you conduct a transaction make sure you dont overpay or underpay. The price if you look into transaction details before confirming will display how much it charges in GWei. This determines the speed it goes through at. Ensure its 15 GWei above current gas price on etherscan.io or you risk failure. Then hold parsiq on ethereum wallet (metamask). Good luck.
