Imo, pumping now would not be good long term, as there wouldn't be enough users of the court system to warrant so many jurors. A better approach would be to gradually increase the number of jurors in line with the growth of the usage of the platform.

Nobody exactly knows, but it might be shorter than that, the partnerships are piling up and much of the development isn't unique to a particular area, but rather the same concepts are used over and over again, and that's a good thing.
