Hey /biz/ I have a profitable skill that I want to start capitalizing on. I learned search engine optimization while on the job for a small business. I now realize that a lot of people have their own website and know nothing about how to improve rankings on google. I'm doing this work for $30/hr at my (different small business) workplace, but I want to start doing it on the side for people in my network. Normal SEO rates are like $50/hour or $600/month. I don't pay for any analytics tools and my training is pretty informal and ad hoc. Any advice on how to go about starting this side hustle?

Invent a time machine to go back to 2015 and earlier where SEO mattered

It doesn't matter if it matters, it's a skill I can sell. All I have to do is right click inspect page, and show someone that they don't have meta tags, and then they want me to do it.
