Hey newfag, here's the facts. Coinbase will not list ADA. Coinbase is heavily invested in ETH and does not list competitors they dont have a stake in. DOT was created to complement ETH. ADA already is on every other shit exchange.

DOT is already under coinbase custody which is the first step before a listing.

DOT auctions will begin in the next month. Major projects with major investors will be fighting over the limited slots.

ADA is cool, I love functional programming, but DOT already has and will continue to outperformed it.
