I live in LA for a very long time and went to Singapore for over a year as part of a work rotation. That citystate is so fucking TINY that you get bored and depressed after 6 months. I would spend hundreds each weekend just to fly out to other countries near by which was the only way to stay sane.

I would seriously think long and hard about this choice before you do it. And always remember, visiting a place for a few weeks is NOTHING compared to living there long term.

The food is good and cheap hoes are plenty but its also fucking HOT and HUMID as fuck. I nearly kissed the ground when I moved back to California.

Also, if you're into cars, prepare to pay at least double for the car and then some retarded cost for the COE. And even then, you can't buy aftermarket wheels or lower your car which makes you ferrari look like shit with its enormous wheel gap. And forget canyon carving or cruising at high speeds on long stretch of freeways. Its NOT fun for long.
