I have literally no idea what I'm doing when it comes to crypto. Bought $300 btc and eth during the crash earlier in the week and it's up by fifty bucks though, so that's nice. All smoke and mirrors funny money as far as I can tell.

where i live you only pay taxes if you gain anything, and if you lose some money your gains will cover it.
so if you find out how much you cashed in then you would easily find out what you have to pay in tax when you cash out
