I don't think so. Disregard the first drop on bittrex, around 120000sats was the actual ATH and then 100000sats. People not getting in on ICO or when it was only on liqui is on the red or near.
I believe the same happened to the people that jumped to BNT when it got into bittrex. You have to time it right or be willing to hold the bags for a long time.
