Let's talk real estate. I want to invest. Is now a good time to buy or will there eventually be a crash? What are some good tools to use for researching markets (I only know Global Property Guide)?

Don't rush into real estate. Keep your eyes open and look for a good buy. Look for the worst house in a good neighborhood. Find other good features like near a good school district, college, etc.

All my friends and family are telling me to buy a house. I have $300k in crypto but owning a home doesn't sound appealing to me honestly. I don't need more than 500 sq ft to be comfy and I don't want to commit to one location yet. Should I tell them all to fuck off?

> appraises for 305k

>its a two family so the lady that's about to move into the other unit will be paying my entire mortgage and taxes.

> I live in the other unit only paying 200 for utilities / internet

> when I leave, property will be able to produce income since the first unit is already paying the entire mortgage.
