Bad idea. The peadophiles who get caught by you will get caught by someone else who isn't in it for the money. If you watch the stings online, the same guys get caught multiple time, and they're always talking to multiple decoys, they can't help themselves and are super retarded with how they go about it. When one of these sting groups eventually catch someone you have blackmailed, and they will, they will report it to the police, and the police will seize all their tech assets. The police will then discover that you blackmailed the peadophile and they will come after you. IDK where you're from, but I'm from the UK, and the UK is fucking terrible at dealing with online predators. In many cases, peadophile hunters get more jailtime than the actual peadophile, it's a joke, and they aren't committing blackmail. The likelihood is OP that if someone you blackmailed gets caught by someone else, you will end up getting more jailtime than the peadophile himself.

Also, as others have said, you're letting a peadophile go who may go on to actually rape a child. Just gotta ask yourself what if that child was your daughter, nephew, niece, sister, friends kid, etc.

Blackmail is illegal even if the things you are blackmailing the person with are themselves illegal. Also if you are aware of a crime and do not report it, in many cases you become an accessory to that crime.

So right away, your business model is a sand castle built in the low tide zone, and all it takes is one pedophile who decides to report you after being caught by the authorities to send you to prison for a good bit as well.

I did this over kik messenger & protonmail. It was good money at the time. But now a days the web is full of pedoscammers so I dunno how profitable it would be...
