Not quite true. There is a risk of a fiat liquidity crisis at certain numbers. For BTC it's multiples of 10K then 25K if it runs past 60K. For LINK it's multiples of 5.

Most other coins have so little interest that the market can soak the hundreds of thousands of dollars of non-whale humans cashing out at psychological numbers.
