I was in the open beta and it worked fine for me on BTC/LTC swaps. Also the aggregator to Binance was working on those and that worked with my trades too. Not been able to try the new build in closed beta with ETH/ERC20 and the easy swap UI though but from what I have did try worked great.

Short answer, yes. You can literally download and try out the open beta yourself. However, it's not finished, and it won't btfo of existing dexes until at least stage one "gaia" of their three step rollout plan. They are currently testing ETH <-> BTC L2 swaps in closed beta I believe. See pic related, it's admittedly a promotional video, but the application they've used to make it is legit.
