miner pictured is mock up, but nicehash miner of the year is what the mock up is. If you could get the cards at retail(you cant) it would cost 6K USD and right now would pay for itself in like 4 months then be in the money and over next year would clear you somewhere near 10 grand, probably more based on current trends.
My single RTX 2080 is make 3-6 dollars a day right now, varies based daily price action.

the current gen nvidia 3k series and amd VII fucking blow out 1080 which used to be the shizzle. Its 2 gen back now though. Check the GPU link at whattomine.com. a single 3080 is 90MH/s and a 1080 is around 40, so you need more slots, more power ports, etc..and its 190W for 40mh vs 230 watts for 90mh. Do the math, do your homework, now is probably a bad time because nothing is available that isn't on ebay for 2.3x retail. The time to build a miner is when we are in a bear market and all the parts are available....last march was the time to build, you'd be WAY in the money now after defi+current pump.
