This is what I did for my trezor and my passcodes

There's also the issue of inheritance. I'm planning on keeping normal text copies in safety deposit boxes at the bank. The seed phrase would be split in half with each bank box only getting half the phrase. Instructions would be in the will on where to go and how to use it.

For my Trezor I simply downloaded the entire BIP-0039 word list, jumbled the entire list both online and manually, then put my seed words on the list in a particular order and spread-out pattern, that only I know and could never forget
Saved it in a .txt file then put multiple copies of that file in my email, cloud, laptop, phone, etc.
