Scams aren’t going that far as I’ve seen. Scams are basically a token on etherscan + a guy calling you sir and asking you to send the money to the wallet (sometimes even without token).

It's the list of holders. Top 3 holders have 99% of the supply. They could rugpull you at will. Not saying they will, but without further info you should consider it a possibility.
Here is for comparison the holders of the most active ERC20 token right now (not showing its name because I would be accused of shilling): Top 3 holders have 6% and 52% is locked as collateral in Uni pool (the token is thus backed by Ether)

Not saying CUDOS is a scam, just DYOR and be wary.
