Isn’t it more like Chainlink vs XLM Stellar, as both are more focused on local level transactions. XRP’s focus is more large banking, international transactions and institutional smart contracts. They have different use cases
The interesting part though is that linkies seem to think that chainlink oracles will be used for cross border payments when XRP is going to be the neutral bridge asset between CBDCs, oracles not needed.
XRP and LINK could how ever end up collaborating when it comes to derivatives, XRP already has platforms that tokenize securities.
