I took into account the unrealized supply. Even by 2025 not more than 360M will be circulating.

In fact it was a conservative measure, By the likely peak of this bullrun (somewhere around 21-22) AVAX should have 4500$+ value as per Chainlink price prediction (Which is in itself conservative realistic *ideal* as Avalanche value proposition is at ETH level or higher because it also operates as layer 0).

yes, passive earnings of 10% per year. you can only have a node if you have 2000 avax at the moment but if you don't you can delegate your tokens to a node for a 2% fees (which is actually cheaper than running a node).
