I grant that bobos who actually leverage short have balls. But the majority of bobos are just indecisive faggots who can't commit to a position and refuse to buy in ever. When it's high, "oh I'll wait for a correction". When it goes lower "oh that's not low enough for me to buy in". This. It's like thinking the taxman is going to break down your door and demand his money as soon as April 15th comes around.
In reality the 15th is just a due date for some clerical paperwork, and the case is still going to continue for a long fucking time.

That and the case isn't even about whether or not tether is backed. The case against tether is that they time their BRRRs at key moments in the market as a form of manipulation.
