I set a timer on my phone, 10 minutes. I let myself fall asleep in the computer chair, the alarm wakes me, I hit snooze and repeat until I'm able to stay conscious and keep researching/trading

And then I stay awake as long as I possibly can, then do the 10 minute timer thing again. Been doing this since the September crash
