Im all in on ETH (bought around 400) and if it keeps going down and I dont take profits now at around 1100 Ill want to kms but if I do sell and it resumes mooning tomorrow Ill also want to kms. Im not sure if I should be selling or buying more. Thanks.

Think about it this way: do you really think ETH will never reach this price again, despite all the ongoing and emerging projects? Imagine all the exposure gained by this run. You think it’s impossible to reach 1100 again?
If you can afford to, buy at a certain price, but I think selling would be dumb unless you’re dirt poor and need the cash.

Bump bump bump ffs. I don't need the cash per se but I would love to increase my stack if it goes to 600-700 (entry same as OP).

Mega unsure what to do... Main problem being taxes. If I sell now, I'll owe 25-30% capital gains, if I still in the summer I'll owe nothing. But no idea where this coin is heading. I believe in the tech but price action is still stressful.

Also, i don't see any better opportunity. It's either hodl or cash, since stocks are about to go down as well...... Fugg it
