That could come almost immediately after the SEC ruling, slightly after the SEC ruling or a while after it (hell, it could come before the ruling if certain insiders know the outcome before everyone else). So on timing: it could come at any time.

(Also, the SEC case could be settled at any time or it could take years. I think it’ll be sooner rather than later though as I think the case is weak).

As far as the 1k+, I think that only comes when XRP is used for domestic transfers as well as cross border and given there is less of an urgent use case there, I think it’ll follow rather than come together (again, 292 - I can dig up and repost if interested).
