This guy has 3.5 Million RLC in his wallet. This was tracked back to a purchase of 7 million RLC during ICO (he split 50/50 in 2 wallets.)
He's sold 1 million stacks before and was probably getting ready to sell this stack but now that the market is down he might wait for a recovery. When he sells we'll probably doomp down to 70 cents.
