Crypto gaming will be out of this world. Skill means u get payed to play. Few coins are already doing this. Tokenizing assets and goods will bring the world into the 4th indus trial revolution. Power from governments will be limited and their spending can be auidited. Blockchain voting will insure safe and fair elections. More and more and more. Stay tuned.

I'm interested in the original idea and implementation of bitcoin and I genuinely see it as the once in a lifetime great historical invention of our time.
I don't believe so much in the many subsequent attempts at taking blockchain technology and applying it to other things like decentralized insurance coverage.
I'm convinced bitcoin is going to outlive all of us but I would be unsurprised if any of the other crypto implementations were to die off in the near future.

I've posted this too many times
Crypto is the solution to so many problems in our existing financial infrastructure it's not even funny. It's literally a pipedream to the banks. Like something you would imagine "it would be nice if xyz" and oh look it's real.
These are things I know from having worked in banking and elsewhere in the financial industry.
I, of course, have my investment thesis. But I am also excited for how things are going to change now that the technology has proven itself and the industry is willing to take a second look at deploying it. It's gonna run the standard course: it will start in the hedge funds, intermediaries, parts of investment banks, then it will go to the retail securities industry, then it will go to the retail banks, then to the consumer. At some point it probably ends up in government. So I'm not foreseeing this for a while yet. But it's just such an obvious shift. The financial sector knows this isn't going away and how useful it is. All wires just got 10x faster, easier, cheaper, and more secure. All transfers between institutions the same. Payrolls too. Check fraud is eliminated. Kiting is eliminated. Consumer depository yields are attractive again. So where do I see this on the retail side? Banks use it on the back end and act as custodians over multisig private keys. They use their security provisions already established to secure them in cold storage. They hold laggard normies' hands through it. Their financial advisors offer large caps through managed portfolios and market it as a safe haven. This is where this is all going. Maybe hard to see it now because the growth curve is still aggressive. But that volatility is converging.

This.

Also this is exactly how it will go down, crypto won't magically make banks obsolete, it's just that banks will take something like yields which are better now with crypto and incorporate it with their own service for consumers. For normalfags bank services will work exactly the same, just with better returns.
