I managed to work, save and Dow for 5 years in my 20s, I had no school debt because trade job. Meanwhile she blew through a 20k trust fund plus 50k of loans, 10k of which she still carries.

I said all this to her and I explained that basically she wants to retire and be a housewife and have me work for the next 30 years for her dream of being a mom. She said basically yes and that in return I get to be part of her family.
