I calculated 800K€ bare minimum once for retiring at age 35. Withdrawing 3K every month, while investment is growing with 7% YoT with 2% inflation. That'll last me until 60, at which point my company pension should kick in, followed by govt pension at probably ~67.
The problem with retiring early is that the vast amounts of free time will lead to additional spending, i.e. for hobbies and travel, so ideally you're comfortably above that level.

They've made a lot of progress in the tech sector and growing domestic businesses after finally coming to the realization that hitching your wagon to Argentina's economy is suicidal. They're also one of the few stable countries in South America and make it easy for foreigners to buy real estate and move their money over to domestic banks.
