2017 bullrun repeat confirmed, today was the deciding day and it's red. Tether printing can't save the imminent collapse. We then enter a 2 year bear market of easy shorts.

AFAIK that only happened once, during the climax of the last golden bull run. Every time after that, as soon as BTC drops a little, alts totally shit themselves. Alt seasons happen when BTC is crabbing and people are moving around BTC profits elsewhere.

My thinking is that this won't happen again like that. I believe that at the time, people assumed that different coins would behave as independent markets. So they thought they could escape the bitcoin bubble by moving over to ethereum or XRP or whatever at the time. That and the ICO shit happening.

BTC won't be dumping until it hits 100k possibly even 150k (doubt). Then well see a 40-50% drop and 2 years of bleeding until it drops below 30k. Then well see the next golden bullrun to 300k.

It happened a couple of times especially during hardfork times where people bought BTC to get BCH, sold it once the fork was done and then alts rose. They were very brief though. It's always the same strategy. You ride BTC, hop out at the right time to ETH and then if BTC is still stagnant, other caps might pump up since people are always looking to make money. When BTC's top is finally in(for the next couple of months at least), alts will have a longer time to go crazy until everything crashes again.

>>25783182
true, but the point I'm making is that I don't think there's ever been a time where it's happened like that AFTER the last GBR crashed. So any time february 2018 onward. Nowadays people seem to have PTSD about alts and get paper-handed as soon as BTC dips a little.

Nowadays alts only move when btc crabs. It's annoying but it's how it is

There will still be some alts pulling 50%+ or back to back 25% pumps. We just saw XLM go 100% in 24hrs. I'm holding LINK so I'm not worried about what BTC will do since LINK will finally do its own thing after Bitcoin's top is finally in.
