Every cryptocurrency is centralized to some degree. There are less than 10 relevant miners in BTC, and 20 in ETH. Wait 5 more years and you'll see courts sending orders to seize coins from hackers. Besides not every crypto has to be the same. It is impossible to have decentralization, scaling, and security. You have to pick at most 2. And since decentralization is a meme, and not everyone is willing to pay $10 fees to send a transaction.
