I'm not from the US and I forgot that I was using a proxy/vpn and logged in to Binance on an unverified account .I got a warning saying that I should do KYC and something else, what do?

Get yourself a portable web browser (i.e. Firefox Portable), name the folder as "Binance", order a paid proxy online for a few bucks (you can even pay with crypto, but never use free ones), set it as default in the options and ONLY access Binance from this folder. You're welcome.
