A- So am I getting $7000 returns worth on my farming yield now?
B- Can I withdraw $2000 worth and I will continue to get returns of what I was originally getting with $5000?

depends on how pool works.
if the pool is fixed ie x tokens dist. / block, then the yield would be a function of your share of the pool. since the whole pool's value increased, your share hasn't actually increased. so your yield is the exact same
