100k is still bare minimum for this cycle. Nobody actually thinks this is the top. They're just trying to time the first major correction of the bull market.

corrections of 30-40% are normal during a GBR

Maybe. It’s got to get through some serious FUD with SEC, scalability, tether, ccp mining etc.
it’s not all bullshit either. But I know tons of people will blow it off as such.
Anyways something about buying rumors and selling the news. Crypto has been news for a while now. And bitcoin is unironically Bipolar. It’s been euphoric for a while now. It’s about time for the manic depressive suicide attempts.

>> No.25711563

>>25711525
Yes but remember only 50 million people worldwide hold bitcoin. There are less than 100 million BTC wallets. It's still early days.

>> No.25711602

>>25711525
the scalability issue doesn't actually matter (at least for bitcoin, eth is a different matter). People can complain about miner fees and transaction times all they want, and it doesn't matter if "satoshi's vision" was to use 0.000034btc to buy a cup of coffee. People don't care about that. They care about it being a store of value, regardless of whether or not that was the original intention.

>> No.25711811

The real problem is being ignored from the get go. I know many people who are buying into crypto (especially now), they learn the technicalities how to buy, sell and store but the rest is pure cargo cultism - they don't know and they don't want to know what crypto is actually for, and they don't care if there are or will be any real applications.
The only motivation is to get rich quick, and this is not the road to sustainability, it's a path to the Doge coin market.
Unless it changes this market will always be an express meme casino.

>it’s still early days

It’s literally not still early days of crypto. No no no. You used to be able to get coins for free On ICOs and just hold them and sell them. Mining used to be something relatively normal people could do. Only people I know who can still mine have six figure jobs.

I mean people like to site institutions getting into crypto. But they also got into xrp. And they’re getting out of it. They’ll walk away from crypto once their people get a taste of a bipolar currency spearheaded by people who will proudly marry their hookers.

It's a new paradigm, and everybody who doesn't buy, now, will be priced out forever. Anybody who does buy will be rewarded with a lifetime of riches, as their bitcoin will continue its 30% monthly price increase.

Nocoiners, and anybody born in a future generation, will not be able to afford a $10,000,000 satoshi in 15 years. They will live in tent cities, and Hondas.

This asset bubble is different than all of the others - it will never slow down, or pop. The gains are permanent.

Don't listen to him, he's a degenerate gambler. If you have access to lower interest lines of credit, maybe give it a shot if you are very bullish. Don't buy a bunch of BTC by maxing out credit cards though. As much as I hate maintaining my good goy score, I have no intention of tanking it 100 points in case there is a major correction before the credit bill comes due.

It will trend upward but still fluctuate. As it matures to the "perfect store of value" it will become stable and it will actually be stupid to be maximally in BTC because there will be other, faster-growing investment opportunities. We are still on the ride up, though.
