The last time Chainlink was bellow 38K sats, it traded at 2.5$. If you bought chainlink at any point when it was above 2.5$ instead of Bitcoin, you would be down.
If you bought when chainlink was bellow 2.5$, then you would have "earned" money if you had sold your chainlink at any point after 2.5$.

remember Zeus Capital, if you had listened to their baseless FUD and sold your chainlink for Bitcoin, you would have doubled your money.

Remember when chainlink went from 5$ to 20$, if you had sold your Chainlink for bitcoin at the beginning of that pump i.e. 5$ - missing the entire 20$ pump.

I've seen this post so many times the last week or so. Its the definition of spreading fear, uncertainty, and doubt.

If you did xyz perfectly than you'd be xyz more wealthier is retarded logic. Everyone knows LINK will be one of the top performers this bull cycle. No one knows will it will take off and not return like ETH did in 2017. Sure I could have made a metric fuckton flipping into BTC at the right time but its just as easy I could have been wrong selling into something else and then miss the next parabolic expansion in LINK. I'm beyond comfy since I bought in 2017 and 2018 and will never sell. I will simply wait as long as it takes.

It’s not even hopium it’s just a basic inference. Links peak at 20 was during the lowest rate of bitcoin dominance last year, something like 45% in September. Bitcoin dominance and bitcoin value goes up and link crashes in sats harder th as n any other alt. This negative correlation is so strong that you have to notice it. It means that when bitcoin dominance dips we will see a huge influx of value into link. Link was something like 0.043 btc which at current prices would be over $80.

i haven't said i lost faith, it has been known for a while that the bullrun is gonna happen in stages, first money flows into bitcoin, then to high marketcap alts, and thirdly shitcoins.
it is also obvious when looking at what coins have done well and what hasn't. B-cash, Monero, Chainlink has all performed abysmal, meanwhile Stellar, Cardano have done well.
Not sure what the logic is behind "whose turn it is", but I am confident that this has nothing to do with any fundamentals regarding the project.

I also made a thread some time ago, where i had been looking into the peaks of various coins during the last bullrun, and it was extremely asymmetric, peaks would occur months apart. My conclusion was that for maximum gain, you should shift horses a couple of times during the bullrun - which i so far haven't done.

This thread is just me being emotionally and taking it out on you guys, which i am not gonna apologies for.

the issue people are having is that we're in a bull market now. We're in the middle of a once-in-four-years event here with another GBR.Ever since the bull run started, link has unfortunately been underperforming, and a lot of people are afraid that we're going to miss out. I don't believe that, but I understand where others are coming from. Of course, people need to understand that after link's bubble in august it was out of steam and needed to go through a despair phase before picking itself back up.

Point is that long-term time horizons are not rewarded during a bull run. For long-term projects you can always wait for the bull run to crash and then buy back in durng the bear market. Currently link will need to hit about 80 dollars in order to regain its ATH in sats.
