You might stay stuck in it for a while but you'll realise that it's an ideology fueled purely by hatred. If you participate in Nazi boards and conversations, they won't make you happy. You might laugh at edgy "jokes" but nothing will be wholesome. Nothing will be fulfilling.
You'll be actively and voluntarily consuming content that makes you angry and as you consume more and allow it to own more and more of your time you'll become angrier and angrier.
You eventually either:
i) Outgrow it
ii) Become disenfranchised by the lack of action/results
iii) Meet the people you've been told to hate and realise they're nothing like whatever race science, stereotype, generalization or drivel you've been consuming. You'll see they're no different to yourself and have to face the cognitive disonance that comes with that. You might remain a nazi the first time, but it'll become increasingly hard as you meet more and more people and see these ridiculous caricatures are at odds with reality.
iv) You'll choose to be a lone wolf. Taking action into your own hands, dying in the act or being imprisoned for the rest of your life. You might get a free Burger King out of it.

The things you refer to are just jobs programs. They're not unique to fascism. The US Army is literally the largest jobs program in the world.

All you need to do is decide they don't bomb countries, but instead build roads, bridges, pipes, internet infrastructure, provide essential utilities to all people, handle logistics for all essential deliveries.

None of that requires you to hate a group of people, or to introduce fascism. It's possible in a capitalist ideology, in a socialist ideology, in a dem soc world, in a Marxist-Leninist/Maoist country. Fascism is literally redundant.
