I know ethereum braintlets have long forgotten, but you can use different wallets for different things. you can set up your own lightning node and choose from a plethora of lightning wallets. you can also use a plethora of lightning wallets without your own node, which is the metamask default.
can you use ethereum in telegram? you can't.
you can however, send 1000 satoshis into your telegram lightning wallet, and then tip other users. you don't hold all your wealth there.
