only if there are sufficient buy orders in to move your 20,000 units without lowering the cost. if you buy a token like BAT which is listed on exchanges like coinbase, that would be the case (minus what you pay in exchange fees). but you could potentially buy every bitbean you can find an open order for, pumping the price to double what it is rn, but you would have ended up just wasting all that cash because there aren't any other buy orders out there for bitbean
