I've made a year worth of my salary from just today and i'm shitting bricks.
This is my first bull-run and i've read about these stories ppl making life changing money and then bag-holding to 0.
I'm worried it will all crash and i'm sitting there like a dumbass.
Give me strength bros

Same way you dollar cost average in you dollar cost average out

Don't cash out all at once, grade it based on your risk preference.

If you can take more risk cash out 10% on every peak, if you can't sleep at night take 50% out every peak.

By the Dichotomy paradox you'll always have some money in the market so you won't miss out

yep another method is portfolio balancing, (50% btc, 10% alts, 10% stablecoin/cash, 10% eth for instance) making sure you always have a set ratio and rebalance it as needed.
if you're crazy go 10% stablecoin, I would set mine much higher as it peaks, that way you can also buy dips.

Stop looking at it
Set a sell order 10% under wherever you think it's going and fuck off

I have about 120 USD in many alts, some of them have now done 2x. Everyone says not to sell the whole position, but it seems ridiculous selling only a part of the profit if the whole profit on the specific alt position is 120 USD.

its takes iron hands to hold ath's and not be terrified or riding a 90% drop.

t.m3 held from 550k to 95k in 2018 and has since rebounded to 815k right now. I get it, im fucking scared shitless right now about a repeat and bottom falling out to 300k or something, but have resigned myself to hold no matter what, even if its "retarded".
at most I might take 10% just to have some dry powder...

>want to buy some coins
>no ether
>instant ether services charge huge fees because gas prices are up
>coinbase takes "3 days", actually 7, to let me us my funds
>prices will probably be up

I'm gonna put 7k on coinbase and then maybe buy a gun if the prices are beyond my price point in a week. FML bros. This stock market bubble is unsustainable, prices gotta come down sometime.

Split your portfolio 50/50 between crypto and fiat. If price goes up you swing your crypto bag and if price goes down you buy the dip with fiat and sell after it bounced above your entry.

I follow the Bitcoin and Eth price dominance.
Means my port has to be 67% btc and 14% eth.The rest is discretionary. You can take a little off the top and keep it in Dai and use that to hammer dips. If you don't hammer dips then you are a pussy.

Gemini is worse. You start a new fiat deposit and they put your previous fiat deposits on hold as well. Never, ever, send fiat to Gemini. It is taking me 13 days to be able to transfer Eth from Gemini.

You get desensitized to it and used to it. You should move a greater percentage of your portfolio into BTC at some point later this year if that's not the case now. Altcoin speculation is still a game of musical chairs, bitcoin enjoys institutional investors and mainstream media now parroting its narratives.

I prefer to have lots of fiat because inflation isn't real- at least not in the sense retards keep memeing, if it was it would have already fucked us.
