I wish I could find the study but a guy did trade strategy simulation for the past 10 years of crypto and the best algorithm he was able to construct (yes better than just buy btc and hodl), was just to DCA into the top 50 coins equally. the point is no one on this board or in silicon valley or on wall street is smart enough to know for certain what that is. Link obviously had great potential, but Marines one way or another WERE very lucky. If you buy a microbag of everything your microbrain thinks has the potential to 1000x, then that will be your best chance at doing a 100x. Take RSR, and LRC. Spent 500 bucks on each at close to their cheapest prices and just threw them in with the rest of the garbage.

As of today those two bags are worth 16k and 8.5k respectively, and the top is nowhere in sight.

And yeah for every LINK or XLM there is a TRON or RLC. But even shitbags like TRON have beaten the dollar. And I'm not selling them yet because you never know. I spent pissing money on them so the opportunity cost is less than holding the dogshit.

So the downside is I have a mountain of garbage that all probably will barely 2x or maybe even go to 0. The upside is that I bought Thorchain at .01, I bought ZIL at .005, I bought VeChain at .003, and yes I bought LINK at .24.

This is a strategy that retards like me can actually execute safely and securely and I don't need to spend all day glued to a chart or worrying my net work is about to fucking tank, and I STILL have ~800x what I started out with when I entered this game.

my issue with XMR is that because it actually works as a privacy chain, regulatory bodies do everything they can to sink it and neuter on/off-ramps. That and it will NEVER EVER grow huge the way bitcoin does, simply because institutions have zero reason to dabble with privacy coins.

But more importantly, all the privacy features of XMR can be gained by just doing a swap. Doesn't matter if the token price is one dollar or 1000 dollars. You just exchange your coins to XMR (non-KYC'd of course) and then swap the XMR back to whatever you want in a separate wallet. Now there's no connection and no way for anyone to know that wallet is tied to you.
