Blockchain is Turing complete, but doesn't have the throughput to compute.

Traditional cloud compute is centralised, and you can be shutdown for wrong-think, or have your AI inadvertently cucked when the service shuts down because Amazon/Microsoft wants to scrub leaked lists of CCP spooks from their system (as happened only recently with people left unable to access their "smart" homes etc).

RLC provides decentralised fog compute. It cannot be cucked becuase of the CCP, your data cannot be snooped on by globohomo, and because it cuts away all the middle management if traditional cloud services, its notably cheaper.

RLC serves as the compute later for blockchain. Unlocking a potential future where we can use AI applications without being beholden to some government or corporate crime syndicate.
