Despite the lawsuit, the coin is back alive and back to it's yearly average of around 0.25.. This is why the schizos continue to hold. If this lawsuit was really a death knell, XRP would be sub 0.05. With that being said, the lawsuit should end by Feb. Pretrial is in a few weeks.
