I learned this. Everytime I start panicking over dips a few a days later I'm usually proven wrong if the coin is good. I've started putting my wallet down and removing /biz/ bookmark when I feel I get too compulsive about it. It's not healthy, and causes you to panic. I've had PRQ and in the past two weeks its gone from .3 to .6 to .4 to .7 to .45 to .6 to .5 to .7. It's a roller coaster, but stepping back and looking at the trend it's an obvious slow climb. Some of this shit takes time, and there will be stinkers, but instead of checking daily, just do it every three days or so.
