Guys I'm scared of cashing out this "cycle" now that institutional investors have arrived. I fear that I will be fully cash by the time we hit my price target, waiting for the next cycle that never comes. Will institutions really allow another 80% retrace and bear market?

I think my new plan is to slowly start moving alts into BTC throughout the remainder of this cycle then cash out all but 1 BTC before we reach my BTC price target
