Anyone has a private bot? Any tips?
I'm currently coding one based on moving average - just looking at the charts I'm sure there is profit to be made. Maybe I'm wrong....?! Will simulate trading tomorrow and then I know. Also I'm new to crypto and I didn't test any bot out there yet.

The worst part is deciding when to trigger buying or selling. My bot is nearly set up but I can't for the life of me come up with any market predictions algorithms based on what I have which would give me an edge. I'm a great coder but for heavily math based stuff like this my minds shits itself.

Did you look into moving average? On Poloniex for example the yellow line is the simple moving average SMA. The blue line is the exponential moving average EMA. If the EMA crosses SMA = buy. For sell it's reverse. A better strategy for selling might be to sell when the gap between EMA & SMA closes, or in case they run in parallel with slight downtrend etc...

Well at least it should be possible to buy the slow uptrending coins while not observing the market. Much easier than doing manually.
