I got approved this morning and was both able to withdraw the remainder ETH and convert to the LCX token with no issues.

I'm in Europe, don't know if that affects anything, but about 18 hours. Any longer than that and I'd try their support line. I've seen some strange inconsistencies on their site (links not working, weird translations) which initially made me think they were scamming people, but after they allowed me to withdraw I lowered my guard and will give them the benefit of the doubt, but still cautious.

The issue is that it's hard to predict what a realistic exit and re-entry would be. Looking at coins that were added to bigger exchanges in the last years, they usually moonshot in the first minutes, but then slowly stabilize near or under the value at the time of listing.

The thing is tho, that this is a token for a new exchange, in a fairly well established market. I just don't know how to go about it. I don't expect an influx of users on this exchange tomorrow.
