bitcoin is between 80k-288k. are there similiar predictions for eth? i want to get out of this shitcoin and all its tokens if there is no fix for the gas fees.

>DEFI is unuseable unless you move 5 digits

This bullrun has exposed a huge problem with ETH.

DEFI isn't done though, it just means that other networks that can scale are better for DEFI.

Eth is just official proof that this tech fundamentally doesn't scale without centralizing or making tradeoffs. Sharding is literally just a fancy way to make the blocks bigger, you just make a bunch of smaller ones instead and split them up. Bitcoin backed banks will just build all this same functionality on centralized platforms and be 100x simpler than a fucking "shard" run by an exchange as main validator that does the same thing as a spreadsheet but incredibly complicated instead

if you pay 100$ to interact with a contract you need to move >= 5 digits or keep your coins locked for a very long time to make it worthwhile.

you pay the same shitty gas fees again to unlock the token, then to move them to an exchange, this is fucked

This is the entire alt market since the beginning. Amazing that in 2021 so many still haven't figured out that the entire reason alts exist is to attempt to get more Bitcoin.
I really hope the eth/btc ratio goes back to 0.1 so I can sell my eth. This is why a flippening will never happen because the second something comes close everyone will want to sell back to btc asap

This.
A blockchain is fundamentally a way to make a database hyper inefficient ironically this is exactly what is needed to make secure digital gold.
This is not what is needed for eth which would probably be infinitely more efficient running not on a blockchain.
