So I am new to crypto, how do I make a secure wallet to store them? I am using coinbase on my phone for trading.

blockchain.info record all three keys they'll give you, one is a public address everyone knows, the other is the private key that gives you ownership, the third is one they use for your user ID. The private key is the most important because it's the hardest to recover if you fuck up. Write it on a napkin and shove it in your nostril
You send your coinbase coins to the public address of your wallet.
