koinly and pay their subscription and import metamask wallet
or zerion.io and import metamask wallet and then import CSV file and double check the CSV file to make sure it's correct then enter that information manually into turbotax
the chose is yours.
but I'll probably just do the koinly method since I have thousands of trades.
