I feel retarded but I also feel like this is a possibility- Iexec isn't pumping when other shitcoins are pumping, but 'rumors' of adoption abound. /biz/ is full of linkers and ethoids and btc maxis and even the uppity ltc boomers (who have a weird rivalry with xmr and eth now) who all write off rlc. But looking at the fundamental legal backing of RLC (the French SEC approves it, making it very likely for American SEC approval, making it a very 'safe' investment) makes it seem like this is just waiting for a catalyst to explode upwards in the near future (of course we know this is a perfect storm of alt season+SEC friendship+eRLC adoption+rapid simultaneous listings on US exchanges after this happens) it seems like the DOTB is truly at hand.

It's because of 'mimblewimble'. Litecoin is trying to coon XMR's role as privacy coin.
