Basically this, price manipulation not only on dips but I've been watching the minute charts for like 1 week straight now and it looks to me like there's manipulation there too to stop it from falling into a bearish pattern.

My conspiracy theory is that Tether and Exchanges are working on the BTC price together so

1) Exchanges don't have to pay the shorts now and more importantly can have a massive amount of liquidations happen -> Tether helps them with this
2) Tether in exchange gets backed by exchanges to make up for their missing cash reserves

Both problems solved. Everyone else will pay the price.
