If you genuinely have life changing money in bitcoins or anything else a few extra million isn't going to matter either way.

You need to have a plan to transfer it all back to real proper money, I recommend getting a tax accountant as I imagine you'll have a lot of paperwork to deal with.

This is also another reason why people don't cash out as it's an absolute pain to do so if you have any significant value held in these "coins"
