IOTA and Cardano Co-founders team up to build bridges between the two most high-tech projects.

>> No.25420434

Yes baby, IOTA is also working with University of Vienna + Panthos on seemless inter-chain bridges. This means ETH smart contracts without fees in IOTAs high-speed network

Btc only has meme value (nothing against that, works for gold too). But nobody pays with gold. Only the best tech coins will win the currency battle. IOTA chrysalis update comes Q1. 99% of coins can kill themselves after that (tech-wise, market will take a while until adoption becomes to big)

>> No.25420945

>>25420756
Coordizide comes Q3 with brand-new mana-based consensus mechanism. You have time until then to jump on the train (minus some time before, when hype starts)

IOTAs Chrysalis update comes Q1 and will catapult tech into the stratosphere. Scalable smart contracts and colored coins inclusive. The bridge mostly means that all ERC-20 smart contract developers can easy migrate to superior, feeless IOTA network.

After Chrysalis and Coordizide updates Q1 and Q3 this year it could reach its ATH of 5€. In long-term case of killer-app or killer-policy (i.e. certain data MUST be stored immutable on public DLT / IOTAs tangle), then it could reach Btc marketcap -> 100-200€ / MIOTA

IOTAs version of smart contracts directly enables native layer 2 oracles (no need for LINK)

You chose a comittee of trusted nodes or a selectionof nodes from the network that offer oracle service (paid in IOTA)

Chosen nodes vote on oracle questions and perform smart contract (oracle and SM nodes can also be separate, all is customizable).

Since smart contracts are 2nd layer protocols in IOTA, not every single node in the network has to compute every single smart contract -> network is scalable

Recommendations on good sources for further reading on IOTA? How does IOTA stack up to the inevitable heavy regulations coming this year? regulator friendly or no?

>> No.25423707

>>25423515
IOTA is actively engaged with German and EU government (founding member of INATBA and even used in government projects, like Germanys IOTAqua or the EU2020 CityXChange project).

Also at ICO ALL tokens were distributed and even founders had to buy at ICO price (so its not a security).
