I am personally having a lot of trouble with basic trading things like options. I get overwhelmed with information.

I understand what calls and puts are, but I don't fully understand strike price. Any time I look at a crypto/DeFi protocol involving these I get so fucking confused.

Also confusing as fuck is making use of Defi lending like Compound and Aave. HELP

So when you take a loan on Compound or Aave, you can then use that loan to buy other cryptos? and you have those cryptos forever, even if your position gets liquidated?
